I do not generally post to blogs however I liked your post so I was stimulated to do so. Straying off the subject slightly, what is your opinion regarding walking? Which is these days being put forward as the best exercise to burn fat.

I personally love walking. It’s easy on the joints, you can start doing it without equipment and almost anyone can do it. For all those reasons, it’s great.
